  21st-Century Bach Volume 1 In a continuing series, to eventually comprise some 80 programs to be broadcast on BBC2 and BBC4 television, John Scott Whitely begins to traverse the complete organ works of J. S. Bach.
Whiteley performs on the Stumm Organ (1774-82) at the Abbey Church in Amorbach, which has been rebuilt and restored by G. F. Steinmeyer and was restored most recently in 1982 by Johannes Klais. Whitely also performs on the Heinrich Gottfried Trost Organ (1722-41) at the Stadtkirche in Waltershausen, which was restored in the 1990s by Orgelbau Waltershausen.
