Diane tours the ancient city of Toulouse with music from the Basilica of St. Sernin where she explains the workings of the Cavaillé-Coll organ. She also visits Eze and the dungeon of the capital. Special One-Hour Program

Chartres & Orleans Cathedrals, Abbeys. Widor, Bach, Drischner, Two Hymns.

The Colonial capital of what would become the United States. Diane Bish plays the 105-rank Aeolian-Skinner/Letourneau at Bruton Parish Church and the 18th-century English organ located in the Governor’s Palace, then joins a duet with OHS member Tom Marshall on harpsichords there. The tape also features OHS member James S. Darling conducting his choir at Bruton Parish Church, a virtuoso of the unique glass harmonica invented by Benjamin Franklin, the drum and fife corps, a tavern consort, and the scenery of Williamsburg.

Featuring the famous 1610 Compenius organ, still entirely intact, at the enormous Renaissance-era Fredericksborg castle in Hillerød where two other organs are also visited. Also, Diane plays the recent Marcussen organ at The Marble Church.

An excellent program from St. James’ Cathedral played on the 4m Casavant with parts dating back to 1863 and 1888. The accomplished St. James Choir of Gentlemen and Boys performs, directed by Giles Bryant.
