Famed organist Michel Chapuis improvises in French classical style on the organs built by Robert and François-Henri Clicquot in 1710 at the Chapelle Royale at Versailles and in 1783 at Souvigny to exemplify his commentary on improvisation, French classical style, notes inégals, ornamentation, expression, registration, etc. The superb sound on the DVD includes a soundtrack of the commentary which may be heard in the original French or with English overdubbing.
