 Stefan Engels plays the 1997 Hartwig Späth 3m organ built in romantic style at St. George’s Church, Riedlingen/Donau, Germany. The CD booklet includes extensive notes by Anthony Caldicott, chairman of the Karg-Elert Archive in the UK, and even notes from the organ voicer, Reiner Janke, on the painstaking efforts taken with this organ.
