Marcel Dupré Organ Works, Complete


In a series of 12 CDs from the Guild label, the amazing Jeremy Filsell plays the complete organ works of Dupré. The instrument is a luxuriously large 3m Möller of 1979 in the reverberant acoustic of St. Boniface Episcopal Church, Sarasota, Florida. Sumptuously revoiced in 1997 by Jeff Weiler and Jonathan Ambrosino, the instrument is now, “. . . essentially the style of instrument for which Marcel Dupré conceived most of his concert music . . .” write the revoicers.
