In 1975 and 1976, with revisions of the famous organ at Notre Dame in place, Pierre Cochereau recorded the six organ symphonies of Louis Vierne. Now released as a complete set, these recordings not only demonstrate the 1970’s sound of the Notre Dame organ, but also Cochereau’s vision of these 20th-Century monuments. 3-CD Set
