Bryan Rodwell, who began his piano training at age 8, toured with an orchestra at 14, and presented a piano and organ recital at Leeds Town Hall at age 16, plays the 3-19 Wurlitzer at the Odeon, Leeds where he took lessons as a teenager. In this CD made from a master tape of the late 1960’s, he also plays the 4-14 Wurlitzer formerly at the Gaumont, Manchester as heard in the Granada Studios Projection Suite where it was maintained by the Lancastrian Theatre Organ Trust. The LTOT hopes to use some of the proceeds from this recording to re-install the Gaumont Wurlitzer in a new location.
