Information is basic: names, dates, locations, addresses, cross references, and sources. Wickens compiles and expands the work of Andrew Freeman undertaken in the 1920s and the subsequent work by Bernard Edmonds on expanding Freeman’s material. Now deposited in the British Organ Archive, these resources laid the foundations of this Directory. 1,000 pages softbound in 3 volumes.
